Welcome to Makengo.app, a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution operated by Makentra Solution with support and technical infrastructure powered by Ewands Sdn. Makengo.app provides businesses with an integrated suite of marketing and client relationship tools. The scope of services may evolve over time and may include:

• CRM management tools
• SMS and email marketing automation
• Funnel/page builders
• Third-party integrations with platforms such as WhatsApp, Google, Meta, and Stripe

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features or functionality at any time.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & REFUNDS

4.1 Payment

• Subscription access is billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe and may include applicable taxes.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
